Airports in Los Angeles
Flights to Los Angeles land at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). It is the largest and busiest airport in the Greater Los Angeles Area as well as in the state of California; it's the second busiest airport in the United States. Upon arrival, you will have multiple options for reaching the city center. A taxi downtown is typically more than $50, whereas a ride with Uber or Lyft is often times closer to $30 (although prices can surge during rush hour and high-demand periods). Cheaper alternatives include taking the Metro Rail or the FlyAway Bus.
