You will lead and drive large projects of high impact. As a Senior member, you will be leading the vision for your product area alongside your product and engineering counterparts. We expect you to deeply understand what the needs of our users are and what drives them, and the goals of the product, both for the customer and for the business.

 

What you will do

  • Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.

  • Define product requirements and user stories, maintain product backlog.
  • Set your team's goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with Onriva's mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and usability studies.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
  • Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executives.
  • Build and manage a high performing and innovative product team; demonstrate user empathy when making Product/Feature trade-offs and tie our product strategy to company vision.
 

What we are looking for

  • A person with a strong product sense.
  • 5+ years product management experience.
  • Experience developing travel products, technologies and platforms.
  • Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team of world-class individuals.
  • BA/BS in relevant field.

We are ready to take off, and we are looking for a talented Executive Administrative Assistant to help us navigate our course. The Executive Admin will directly support Onriva's CEO and Founder and will also assist in managing critical administrative activities across the Finance, Human Resources, and Legal functions. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, can operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and wants to be part of building something big.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison to the CEO both internally and externally, maintaining a sense of professionalism and collaboration.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and meeting agenda, ensuring his time is focused on the most important activities for the company.
  • Interface and correspond with a variety of external partners, including investors, customers, and other stakeholders, ensuring you are providing an excellent and engaging customer service approach.
  • Assist in ensuring corporate policies are adhered to. Partner with Finance organization to carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
  • Manage confidential administrative tasks and record-keeping related to the Human Resources and Legal functions.
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder when appropriate.

  • You have excellent written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. You are customer-focused and pride yourselves in providing a high-quality experience.

Senior Accountant - Travel

The Senior Accountant will perform moderate to complex functions requiring a professional accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and an ability to solve complex problems. We are looking for someone who can operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment and wants to be part of building something big.

 

In this position you will

  • Prepare and present monthly quantitative and qualitative analyses with a particular emphasis on variances from budget and prior months.
  • Review new contractual agreements for accounting related items and recommend changes to current accounting processes.
  • Assist management with questions relating to their monthly financial management reports.
  • Manage payment reconciliation and payment processing activities.
  • Prepare journal entries to facilitate timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Prepare the monthly accounting close and analytical review of financial statements.
  • Prepare tax return schedules including local, state, and federal returns.
  • Understand and prepare the proper elimination entries and procedures for consolidating entities.
  • Maintain accounting records and policies in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Conduct cash flow analyses and forecasts.
  • Assist with audit preparation and internal control reviews.
  • Given the fast-growing nature of the company, additional duties and ad-hoc projects will be required.
 

Required qualifications for this position include

  • Five+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proficient in use of technology and productivity tools
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP system
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and at times ambiguous environment.
 

Preferred qualifications for this position include

  • CPA, CMA and/or relevant Graduate Degree
  • SaaS Accounting experience
  • Travel Industry experience a significant plus.
