Supplemental Privacy Statement for Certain United States ("US") Residents:

Depending on where you reside, you may also have additional legal rights with respect to your Personal Information. Consistent with applicable laws, this Statement provides information about such rights and how to exercise them for residents of California and Virginia ("you" or "your") who are interacting with Onriva International ("Onriva," "we" or "us"). This Statement applies to residents of Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah to the extent the disclosures provided herein are required, and the rights described herein are in effect, under applicable state data privacy laws.

For purposes of this Statement, "Personal Information" has the meaning given in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended, the Virginia Consumer Data Privacy Act, and personal information privacy laws similar in scope and content in effect in Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other US states ("US Data Privacy Laws"), but does not include information exempted from the scope of such US Data Privacy Laws. This Privacy Statement does not apply to Personal Information relating to employees, contractors and job candidates that is collected and processed in the context of an employment relationship.

Note: Personal information may be shared with government authorities on a case-by-case basis upon receipt of a lawful request, or where required by law. In the event of a sale or transfer of some or all of Onriva’s business or assets, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you if your Personal Information will be shared with parties to the transaction(s).

Your Rights and Choices

The laws of California and Virginia (and/or Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah when in effect) grant some or all of the following rights to consumers who reside in those states:

  1. You have the right to a copy of your Personal Information in our possession or to request information about the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected the Personal Information, the purposes for collecting, sharing or selling the Personal Information (where applicable), the categories of third parties with whom we have shared or sold your Personal Information, the purpose for which we shared or sold your Personal Information, and information about the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
  2. You have the right to request that we correct in our records any Personal Information about you that is inaccurate.
  3. You have the right to request the deletion, or "non-reversible pseudonymization", of Personal Information that we collected about you and retained, subject to certain exceptions.
  4. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information with third parties for targeted advertising purposes where such a "sale" or "sharing" is occurring (as such terms are defined by applicable law).
  5. You have the right to limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive Personal Information, where collected and as permitted under applicable US Data Privacy Laws.

For your protection, when you seek to exercise the rights described above, it will be necessary for us to verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you. We will verify your identity by having you login to your account, or by asking you to provide identifying information that we will match to information in our records.

We will endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt, unless we need more time in which case we will notify you and may take up to 90 days total to respond to your request. Please note that your right to deletion of Personal Information is subject to certain exceptions by law. If you submit a request for deletion and we retain any Personal Information under one or more of these exceptions, we will explain this to you in our response. Only you or a person that you authorize in writing to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You (or your authorized agent) must provide documentation signed by you demonstrating that the agent is authorized to submit a verifiable consumer request on your behalf. We do not sell your Personal Information (relating to adults and minors under 18) to a third party and have not sold your Personal Information in the past 12 months. In accordance with your rights under US Data Privacy Laws, we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not charge a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality of goods or services based on you exercising your privacy rights.

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use the Personal Information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice and obtaining your consent. Onriva does not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those specified in California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations Section 7207 (m).

Changes to Privacy Statement

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time. If we make material changes to this Statement, we will notify you by updating the date of this Statement and posting it on this webpage. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. Any modifications to this Privacy Statement will be effective upon our posting the new terms and/or upon implementation of the changes (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your continued use of the Sites after the posting of any modified Privacy Statement indicates your acceptance of the terms of the modified Privacy Statement.
