Information Onriva Collects
Personal Information Collected from You
When you submit an online, Onriva collects the following Personal Information from you:
- E-mail address;
- Billing information, including your address, telephone number, and fax number;
- Travel Information
- Frequent Traveler ID or Number
- Date of Birth;
- Marital Status;
- All the above information for the spouse of the traveler and the dependents of the traveler, if applicable;
- Credit card number for processing your Travel orders
- A personally chosen username and password for utilization with your assigned ID.
If you would like Onriva to track and record your usage on its websites, you must OPT-IN to it. This function is automatically disabled and will only be turned on if you request it. The purpose of this function is strictly customer service oriented and used to help you navigate our websites. Any information related to this service will be deleted after 30 calendar days. If you opt in, Onriva collects the following Personal Information from you:
- All keystrokes you make on our websites;
- Screen recording while using our websites;
- Your web browser name, version, and build platform for the browser used to access our websites;
- Your device hardware IP address, hardware name, and operating system version for the device used to access our websites.
If you have opted into the web tracking services, you can turn these tracking services on and off whenever you like by going to your Account page and changing your preferences.
Website Use & Navigation Information
Onriva collects the following information when you visit our Site:
Upon entering the Site, the Site places a Session Cookie for your web browser into your computer's Random Access Memory ("RAM"). In order to place an order or utilize the business management functions on the Site, you must log on with your ID number and password. Once you log on, the Session Cookie allows the Site to remember your ID number and rank. No other personally identifiable information is stored in the Session Cookie. The Session Cookie is deleted from your computer's RAM when you exit your web browser. The Site also places a Persistent Cookie for the web browser on your computer. The Persistent Cookie enables the Site to remember the country, language, and date of your visit. If you return to the Site, you will be presented with the country and language that you chose the last time you entered the Site. No personally identifiable information is stored in the Persistent Cookie. From time to time, Onriva may use third-party services to improve the performance of the Site, and these services may place additional non-personally identifiable information in your Persistent Cookie. Onriva does not track or maintain records of Sessions or Persistent Cookies.

Collection of Visitor Information
If you choose, you may browse the Site without entering your ID number during your visit. Onriva stores the Internet Protocol address, the time and date of entry, and the specific pages viewed by each visitor to the Site. Onriva also stores the ID number if you log on with your ID number. This information is maintained for security purposes only and will not be disclosed to third parties.
We use third-party web analytics software, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, in connection with our Sites. Web Analytics software helps us understand how visitors interact with the Site, how we can further improve the user experience, and how we can attract new customers. Information collected through these means may include, without limitation, web browsers used to access our Sites, the length of visits to certain Site pages, and page response times.
We may use social media plug-ins from companies like YouTube, Facebook, or Twitter, on our Site to enable you to share information with others easily. We may also use the information collected from the plug-ins, such as your demographic data and marketing or product preferences, to learn about your interests and better serve you. These plug-ins may allow social media companies to receive Personal Information about you and your visit to our Site through the placement of cookies on your computer. This enables companies to recognize you on websites belonging to them, their affiliates, and their partners and to use information collected from your visit to our Site to supplement information about your prior activity on those websites. The plug-ins collect information about users regardless of whether they specifically interact with the plug-in.

How Onriva Uses the Information We Collect
This section describes the business purposes for which Onriva uses the Personal Information we collect. Please note that there may be other uses, which we would describe to you when we collect the information.
To contract with you, including:
- To confirm, process, ship, and invoice your travel orders;
- To calculate cost, discounts, and qualifications;
- For other contractual purposes.
For our legitimate business interests, including to:
- Respond to your inquiries and requests, send communications, and other customer services;
- Provide training and information on new products and services;
- Provide and improve our products and services;
- Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Site, products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business;
- Verify your identity in connection with a communication, transaction, or account between you or us or in connection with your exercise of your privacy rights; and
- Provide our Site and make the Site more useful and valuable for you and your Onriva organization.
We may use or disclose your Personal Information when we have your consent to do so, including when you opt in to receiving certain communications where required under applicable law. If we are using your Personal Information based on this ground, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the contact information below.
Compliance with legal obligations
Onriva may use or disclose your Personal Information when necessary to:
- Comply with a court order, subpoena, or warrant;
- Comply with the request of a government agency or regulatory body, Federal and State law enforcement
- Collect monies owed to Onriva;
- Investigate activities that Onriva believes in good faith are unlawful;
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of third parties and Onriva.
How Onriva Shares Information We Collect
We may share or disclose your Personal Information (including all categories of Personal Information collected as described in Section I above) for a business purpose with third parties, including affiliates, agents, vendors, or service providers who assist us in the process of providing products or services to you or otherwise perform functions on our behalf. These third parties use your Personal Information only at our direction. Onriva only shares your credit card information with the financial institution that issued your credit card.
Within the Onriva organization, for the sole purpose of allowing support and the management of your travel experience, Onriva provides, in the strictest confidence, the Personal Volume (and US dollar volume), and US dollar amounts, compensation/cost recap, ID Number, Traveler's name, and name and contact information and $ Management Reports ("Reports"). The Reports, including all data contained therein, constitute confidential, proprietary trade secrets of Onriva. Retail/Preferred Customers may not collect, distribute, or gather personally identifiable or confidential information. Onriva will take reasonable measures to ensure that the information in the Reports is kept in confidence.
We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information if permitted or required by law, or in response to a law enforcement or other legal request and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process. We also may disclose your Personal Information if we believe such disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect or defend our interests or the interests of our users or as necessary to protect the public from harm. If we sell or transfer a business unit or asset to another company or enter into a strategic business transaction, we may share your Personal Information with parties to the transaction to disclose our assets, respond to due diligence requests, or for other purposes to facilitate the business transaction.
We may share aggregated data with third parties collectively in an anonymous way, which does not reveal Personal Information. In addition, we may share your Personal Information with a third party at your request or if you consent to the disclosure.
Your Rights And Choices
If you do not wish to receive marketing information from us, you may opt-out by: (1) declining marketing information when registering or at other information-gathering points on the Sites or (2) informing us that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications by emailing us at email@example.com. We will comply with these requests except with respect to communications required by law or contract, or that do not require your consent under applicable laws.
Accessing, Correcting or Deleting Your Personal Information

Please include your name, address, User ID, and/or email address when you contact Onriva. You may update your information on the Change Profile page or change your password on the Site.

Security of Information
We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures intended to safeguard your Personal Information and help protect it from unauthorized access or loss. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and while Onriva makes every effort to protect your personal information, Onriva cannot guarantee its complete security. Onriva makes no assurances about our ability to prevent any loss, misuse, or alteration of the information that Onriva obtains from you, and Onriva will have no liability to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration. Because security is as important to Onriva as it is to you, Onriva will continue to search for and implement security measures in order to protect the security of your personal information.
ID Number, User Name, and Password
Your ID number, user name, and password are specific to you and must be safeguarded by you. You accept sole responsibility for all use of the Site conducted with your ID number, user name, and password. Onriva strongly advises that you change your password frequently.
Stolen or Lost Information
You must promptly notify Onriva via email at email@example.com if you suspect that your credit card number, ID number, user name, and/or password has been lost, stolen, or used without your permission. After receiving your notification, Onriva will remove that credit card number, ID number, user name, and/or password from your account and update its records accordingly.

Children's Privacy Protection
The Site is a general audience site that is not specifically designed or targeted at children. Onriva does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personally identifiable information about visitors under 18 years of age. As such, Onriva does not sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 18 years of age. By accessing our Sites or initiating any communication with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Onriva reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. Onriva will post any changes to this Policy with their effective dates. If Onriva makes material changes to this Policy, Onriva may also communicate them by email or conventional mail. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to update Onriva with your current contact information, review this Site and this Policy periodically, and be aware of any modifications. You can update your information on the Change Profile page on the Site.
